Road map

Alpha Release

A first Alpha Release of gsecraif was made available on 5 April 2014. Subsequent releases have been announced in the News section.

Beta Release

There is no timetable for the first Beta Release; it will be made available when it is ready.

Once bugs are fixed and improvements are made to the code then the first Beta release will be made available.

A decision to promote an Alpha Release to Beta status may also be made if there is evidence from downloads and feedback to indicate that the Alpha release is sufficiently stable to justify this.

Production Release

The intention of course it to produce a production release that is considered reasonably free of the most serious bugs and is reasonably stable.
